My baby didn’t drink any water using this cup so I went to test the straw. Even I had a hard time sucking the water up.

It’s a great leak-proof straw cup for my 6 month old baby. I did make a mistake assembling the parts the first time which made drinking out of the straw impossible. To avoid my mistake (and one frustrated baby) make sure you follow these Dr. Browns instructions in the exact order:
1. Install the silicone STRAW SPOUT to the CAP by inserting it through the hole in the CAP.
2. Pull the silicone STRAW SPOUT from above until it snaps into place.
3. Insert the plastic STRAW TUBE into the bottom of the STRAW SPOUT.
4. Fill CUP with liquid for feeding.
5. Screw the CAP onto the CUP until snugly fit.

These is an absolute must! I love this sippy cup and it’s the best way to also teach your baby to use a straw! My baby learned with this sippy at 8 months! So durable and easy to wash & comes with a tiny little straw scrubber to help clean out any residue! Definitely recommend and the color is just a bonus!

This is our favorite straw cup. Perfect for little hand learning to hold things. Our 3 year old still loves these cups. Easy to clean with the straw cleaner provided. Also seems to be mostly leak proof. We love!

I got this because I heard a mom say that you can squeeze the cup a bit for liquid to come out, and that prompts the baby to start sucking. I didn’t believe it at first, but was ready for my baby to start learning to drink from a straw cup so I was open to try anything. Oh what a surprise this was, it took my baby literally five seconds to learn. I only had to squeeze the cup twice and she immediately got it!

This is the best sippy cup i found for my 1 year old. The loves the straw and no matter how she holds it she can get her water out since it has a weight at the bottom of the straw. It is pretty much spill proof except when she doesn’t get all the water out of the straw. Sometimes a little water drios from the straw but that’s it

Perfect for our 10 month old. You can use at any angle, flow is great. Not too fast not too slow. Highly recommend

I love the Dr. Brown’s weighted sippy straw cups. LOVE them. They leak so little (literally only what’s already in the straw above the cap) and enable my toddler to drink without tipping the bottle up. I was hoping this would be exactly the same, but unfortunately I find that this one leaks a bit more—sometimes continuously. I’m not sure if it’s just the powerful suction between the straw parts or what, but this one CANNOT go in the car with us because it leaks so much at times. The other Dr. Brown’s sippy straw cups are AMAZING so I was really disappointed in this one. It’s still GOOD, cleans easily, easy for my little one to use, but the leaking issue is not up to snuff with the other Dr. Brown’s we have used, so it’s not GREAT.

My baby loves this cup! Seems to be great so far, easy to assemble & doesn’t leak/spill! We only use Dr Browns bottles so we figured we would love this straw cup!

This cup works really good for my 7 month grandson. He figured it out real quick. If he turns it upside and shakes it, it will leak, but tipping it is pretty good. Doesn’t pour out but drips a little.

Like how easy it is to clean and take all the pieces apart

These cups are perfect for active toddlers. They don’t leak unless there is a shift in temperature (cold liquid expands
as it warms and pushes out of the straw), or you put carbonated beverages in them (a well meaning sibling tried to share a soda) We stick to water and the occasional juice and have no trouble at all. They are also pretty indestructible as evidenced by the fact that they have survived drops from moving strollers, being tossed around, and being generally treated like a roller derby. The only reason I had to buy new ones is because after a year of service our last few finally disappeared into the ether as things are wont to do when you’ve got kids.
