I finally decided to give this a try because the reviews gave me mixed feelings, but I am so glad I bought it! Finally I can have my hands to myself and do other things!
Yes the motor is loud, but it is less loud when the baby is on the swing, I guess the weight helps quiet it a lil bit. The noise that remains is white noise for me and it actually helps baby sleep without the need of turning on the sounds on the swing.

Such a fantastic baby swing!! For weeks my husband and I were looking for a product which could soothe our newborn baby and allow us to put him down to relieve us to get his milk warm or have a break and this is it! After trying multiple swing products this one is the only one that gave a great range of swinging and movement motions, not just back and forth but multiple combinations of diverse movement back and forth and side to side. It also offers vibration which is very soothing for babies. He sleeps in there now for his day time naps, allowing me to be hands free!

I should have gotten this from the start! My 4 month old still uses since 2 months and has plenty of room to snuggle her little long legs. She falls asleep quick and enjoys the vibration option. When she’s awake she enjoys being in it watching the family or tv. I love that it is detachable and can rock so when eating dinner my husband or myself can rock with our feet and able to eat or feed our other kids while keeping our baby comfortable. The base the seat connects to has motions as well and baby enjoys that. She likes to be moving so this helps so much when I need to get things done or help my other littles. It was pretty easy to set up I only struggled with getting the cover in place so I don’t look forward to future washes hah but anything is worth it if my baby enjoys it and I can still get around to the rest of my family and house 🙂 a negtive for me is also the plug for outlet is not that long. For the price, I think having the unit be able to charge and be used without being connected would be nice as the “Ingenuity Inlighten Cradling Plug-In Swing” does. Also, a mobile app or remote to turn on & off or switch the swing motion mode would’ve been nice to have been added for the price point. This unit reminds me of the mamaroo we had with our now 3 yr old but stronger and cheaper and without the mobile app! Hope this helps another parent decide. The cons aren’t a big deal like I mentioned, my baby is soothed and asleep in it now 🙂

It’s ok, I don’t think my newborn likes it that much especially when she’s trying to sleep. Maybe she will like it when she gets older. I think I would’ve just got a regular baby swing. It’s also kind of loud maybe that’s why she doesn’t sleep well in it. The rocker part it ok, I like that it detaches and you have the option to use just the rocker. I will update as my daughter gets older.

I bought this swing as a shower gift for my great niece and it’s still in the box. I didn’t get to see it just a picture of it on the box. I have no idea what I think about it. I’m sure it’s a good product. at least it seems to be.
