Learn2Walk Balancer Baby Walker, Purple Ocean Adventure

$1,148.10

Teach your child to balance, stand and walk with the Learn2Walk Balancer by Delta Children—this patented bungee balancer is the first of its kind. Normally, it takes babies 1,000 hours of practice to learn how to walk, not with this balancer! It uses innovative bungee technology to help your little one naturally find their center of gravity without ever falling. The bungees allow your child to tilt, but gently pull them back to the upright position, so they can mimic real walking movements. Invented by a Physician with special interest in child ambulatory development, the Learn2Walk Balancer by Delta Children taught his daughter how to walk by strengthening her torso and legs while learning how to balance. Every bounce supports your baby’s development, strength, balance and coordination. With three modes and adjustable height seat, this balancer effortlessly grows with your child.

The walker works just fine. Just wished it it wasn’t so rectangular as it was a little hard for my baby to start pushing forward to walk in it. It’s also hard to maneuver around corners. It’s not too heavy though if I need to pick it up and carry it to another room like from the living room to the kitchen. The bungee springs are a great feature for jumping. My Baby loves jumping in it. Only thing about this walker is that I wish it can fold down for storage. You can take out the legs from the poles but then the poles still stick out. This walker needs a little reconstruction. I think if there were to be a 2nd version, make all the wheels swivel. Not just the front ones. Also, maybe make it a circular shape instead of rectangular for easier maneuvering. One good thing about it is that if you take out the toy piece from the front, you can double it as an eating/feeding tray.

I wanted a bouncer and walker combo that had removable toys for my granddaughter. This item’s description seemed to fill the bill and being designed by a doctor I thought it would be better thought out. Turns out, there was nothing I could recommend about this walker/bouncer.

Let’s start with assembly. There were a metric crap ton of toys provided to snap into the tray. The toys were really cute and the baby liked some of them a lot, but they were less than flexible so she couldn’t get them to her mouth, which is what all babies want to do, so she was frustrated and overwhelmed in minutes. There were so many toys stuck in the rear all the way around that the baby had nowhere to rest her arms or bring onboard a favorite toy that wasn’t part of the tray. I thought I could remove some of the toys, but they were exceptionally difficult to plug into the unit to begin with, removing them was nearly impossible. It required so much force to insert and remove the accessories that I wouldn’t recommend it or I could see them easily being damaged in trying. This applies to the “removable” tray as well. I had to get a screwdriver to pry it out.

As a walker, it is a total fail. First, it’s fricken huge! Good luck getting it through doorways. Any baby who can successfully navigate this sucker through a standard doorway has a career ahead of them as a fighter/stunt pilot.

Next issue were the wheels themselves. They fold down when you only want to use the unit as a bouncer, assuming you haven’t over-stimulared and frustrated the child with all the tray toys and she will stay in it long enough to bounce. Mine wouldn’t. But it may as well have no wheels at all. The wheels, when in the walking position, are too small, do not swivel well in the front, are stationary and do not turn at all in the back, do not function on even short nap carpet, and even on hard surfaces do not function well.

Other than the toys being cute, there was not a single usable feature to recommend about this product. I am baffled by any good reviews.

Y’all this thing is sooo perfect. It’s very sturdy. The performance of this thing is amazing. The cords are very bouncy. My baby has been a bouncer since the beginning of time seems like and she loves this thing. This thing is also HUGE. Is not like the standard size walkers we usually see so be sure you have space in you home for your kid to walk around in it. The only thing I don’t like is the wheels are on the smaller size. For this walker to be this big I think the wheels should be a tad bit bigger & the back wheels aren’t 360. lol 😂 I think it might be a good thing because it gets your kiddos mind working on how to get this thing to go in the direction they want it to go in. The set also spins 360 with ease. I’ve had it for over 90 days and she still loves this thing my batteries don’t drain fast in this thing neither.

My kiddo is 25# and is in this about 2 hours a day in 15 minute intervals, only had it about 5 months and the plastic parts that lock the seat into place broke. Completely unusable now, other then that it was sturdy I never had to replace batteries and she absolutely loved it. Sad it broke.

  5. Merinda

This is a nive walker but it is bigger than i expected and isnt idea for smaller areas.

first of all this is a very big walker.
    its wide, its bulky.
    but its not heavy!
its durable and seems safe, my baby loves it!
i really like the adjustable height feature so it can grow w my little girl who is on the petite side.
the back wheels do not rotate so theres that, doesnt seem to hold baby back though.
the springs are very nice for baby when jumping.
    i do recommend this.

My husband built this watching his soccer game and said it was definitely easy to assemble. I love that it’s not too big or small. It’s perfect for your little one to grow into! Works great as a Walker and bouncer so worth the price in my
Opinion. Like many other walkers it doesn’t have a way to fold and store but overall my baby loves it and the little toy/features it has. The seat is adjustable as they move.

This is a great product. Couple of things I would change is the side toys. We had to remove a couple because our granddaughter loves to jump and she bruised her arm pretty good against those items.
