It looks weird. I don’t know how to describe what it is. But my son loves it. He first saw on at the community health unit and tried to rip it out of their ceiling where it was hanging. Bought him one shortly after that incident, 4 months later he still loves this thing!
It’s not heavy, the tubes are all made out of soft hollow plastic that is very squishy and bendy, he chews on it a bit but I think it’s just too interesting to look at so he doesn’t keep it in his mouth for long. The little cube in the middle is hard plastic with a rattle inside, so fun to shake. Because the outer part is soft, the whole thing has quite a bit of bounce to it and my son really enjoys smacking it into the ground or throwing it.
Fits well into the diaper bag as it’s not too large, great for taking on trips out because it’s easy to clean. Definitely an item I would give to new moms as a baby shower gift!
